Bubblegum Challenge

Hi Steffi, last week you assigned me a challenge video punishment so here it is! It was pretty awful and I’m glad it’s over. 0/10 would not recommend!

Thanks to Kyle for filming, almost all the burping, and the “that’s what she said” jokes.

October Things

Hi Kara,

I didn’t prepare a post because I’m a horrible person so here are some things I’ve really been liking this month.

Furiously Happy by Jenny Lawson

IMG_9607

I’m going to repost this picture as much as humanly possible because Rory turns me into a damn looker.

I really wish you would read this book. It was a fucking delight. She makes you feel crazy and normal and human while weaving in the most hilarious anecdotes. I was smart this time and peed before every reading. And, as you personally saw, it’s necessary, because anytime she talks about Ferris Mewler I lose my damn mind.

Youtube Music

I’ve been obsessed with these two songs:

Fools by Troye Sivan aaaand

Can’t Sleep Love by Pentatonix featuring Tink (which is playing right now and I can’t stop my jam)(sidebar, I have a MASSIVE crush on the bassist; STOPPP. He’s so cute and clearly I have a type.)

Tea Time

12140207_10206204588806534_2426748460647817931_o

When we were in Vegas, we went to tea with our darling friend Jessica. It was a “Sorry Kara and I can’t be at your baby shower because of a wedding/Sorry Jessica can’t make it to my wedding because she’s birthing a baby” party. And it was amazing. And I think we need more tea times. And more Vegas times. And more Roulette times because, I mean, I love feeling like I stole $70.00 from a very profitable business.

To the very furthest star and back,

PS Nightmare watch is at 3. Or 4. I’m so bad at counting.

Steffi’s July Etsy Favs

Hello Keddah,

Today, Imma talk about some of my favorite Etsy things. Although, I’m not really gonna talk about things so much as I’m going to talk about shops.

First! The Irish Jeweler

claddagh

Pretty claddagh. Pretty, pretty claddagh.

Andrew and I are going to buy our wedding rings from here XD

Second! My Newest Addiction

MNA

This shop has ridiculously gorgeous weekend banners for your planner, as well as some more practical items and custom covers. I can’t wait to place an order (but I’m trying to be frugal).

Third! Modern Mouse Boutique

baymax

liloandstitch

This is all I have to say.

Fourth! Vintage Gypsy Road

vgr

She has a build your own bouquet sticker sheet. Stop. Just. No.

Fifth! Inspired Blush

She has some of my favorite Plan With Me videos. She uses a lot of her own stickers (which are wonderful, I’ve purchased some and they’re just really great quality) as well as stamps, which I think is really cool.

I’m going to post a picture of my planner this week on our Instagram, so don’t forget to follow us so that you don’t miss it!

To the furthest star and back,

Favorites!

Kara,

I need to tell you some of my favorite things. Please, after I announce  every favorite, do Grace’s CANYOUSEEAT?!?!

1) Disney Movie Club

Disney Movie Collection

Two shelves baby yea.

This girl has an impressive collection of Disney Movies. I owe that to Disney Movie Club. When you sign up, you get 5 movies in your preferred format (I pick Blu-ray now that it’s available) for $1 a piece! When you sign up for DMC, you agree to purchase 4 movies at regular club prices in 24 months. I do that ANYWAY so it’s no thang. And “regular club prices” often means discounted preorders. Uh-hum-yes. I’ve participated in it 3 times now and I lurve it. Once your commitment is complete, you can cancel and do the program again! If you want to sign up you can go to disneymovieclub.com – and make sure you check out Retail Me Not for the promo code to get 5 movies at $1 instead of 4.

2) Shower caps

Living Proof Shower Cap

CAN YOU SEE AT?

Why did I live my life letting my hair get all stupid and kinky from the steam of a shower or bath? Team filthy hair!

3) This Video:

Mamrie is one of my favorite humans and this video, I’m unashamed to tell you, made me laugh so hard I peed myself. I was in my bed, the cheese part came up, and I had to waddle myself to the bathroom trying not to drip. Just watch it.

4) This Book:

Let’s Pretend This Never Happened

I read Mamrie’s book, You Deserve a Drink, and it was really great, really really great, but the whole time I was wishing it was as good as the best humor/memoir I’ve ever read, Let’s Pretend This Never Happened. I laughed so hard I cried when reading this book. I probably peed myself (side note: I should probably get better control over my bladder). Everyone should read this book. Everyone. It will make you feel very normal.

To the furthest star and back!
PS You owe me a half punishment. In the next month, you have to go to a yoga class (or do an hour long yoga sesh in your room) twice in one week! Hashbrown friendshelpingfriends
